• Payment information (processed securely through our payment partner, PayFast)

• Push notification tokens (used to send order and app updates)

• Communicate with you about your orders and account
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Send you updates about our products and services (with your consent)
• Improve our app and user experience

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described in this policy. We may share your information with:

• Payment processors (PayFast) to complete transactions
• Shipping partners to deliver your orders
• Service providers who assist in our operations (e.g. Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database, and notifications)
• Legal authorities when required by law

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights, Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

In the app: open the app, go to Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account, confirm with your password, and your account and profile data are permanently deleted immediately.

Without the app: email us at the address below with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address associated with your account, and we will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

Some order records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which they are also deleted.
