If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be:
- Unused and in original, sealed packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally non-returnable:
- Perishable items
- Items on clearance or marked as final sale
- Opened personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards or vouchers
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund with reasonable indication of damage.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timelines depend on your payment provider.
Shipping returns
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
