If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable:

  • Perishable items
  • Items on clearance or marked as final sale
  • Opened personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards or vouchers

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund with reasonable indication of damage.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment provider.

Shipping returns

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
